Людям нужны от этой планеты только полезные ископаемые, их не интересует судьба ее коренных обитателей.
Человечество создало аватаров – существа созданные искусственно из генов человека и народа Navi. Люди могут перемещать свое сознание в тело аватара. На планете Джейк встречает представительницу Navi и вот тут начинается самое интересное.
